Our visitors - Automatic Data Collection
Like most websites, gearhousewindsor.ca collects non-personally identifiable information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifiable information is to better understand how our visitors use this website. From time to time, we may release non-personally identifiable information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of this website.
Gear House also collects potentially non-personally identifiable like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We do not use such information to identify our visitors, however, and do not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that we use and disclose non-personally identifiable, as described below.

Conditions of Use
Professional Verification Inquiry
For those in the industry that have a large team and is looking to rent out frequently we offer "Professional Verification" this verification gives you access to all of our equipment after you have completed a course on the gear we have available. This course ensures that you understand the equipment being used.

All payments must be done in person when picking up items requested for rental.
Accepted In-Person Payments: Mastercard, Visa
At this moment we can only accept credit card payments for rentals.
In Order to be eligible for the Gear House Windsor Student Program, you must be able to provide documentation proving you are currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program.
Please provide one of the following pieces of documentation:
- A valid piece of student identification with the current enrollment year ie. student card
- A current transcript
- Or any other documentation that shows you are currently enrolled as a student
Students must provide a credit card and a valid piece of government-issued ID ie. driver's license, passport, etc… Students who are unable to provide such documentation or are under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian present upon rental to sign a rental agreement.
